Since 2008, Prevail Investments has restored and repurposed historic buildings in Grenada’s Downtown Historic District, creating apartments, commercial space and gathering places that have contributed to downtown revitalization.
Today, our focus is stewardship of these unique properties and helping the next generation of owners, tenants and entrepreneurs build upon what has already been created.
